Life is going well, mostly, but still far too much work. Haven't had a day off since February 25th, 71 hours last week. One more week of this madness, then we'll be done.
Weather is warming up, but I've said that before so I will say no more. Birds are active, the goldenrod is in bloom, crocuses came and went. And so it goes.

This was lovely, beginning to end. Kol hakavod!
Get some sleep, dear friend.
I have a soft spot for woodpeckers. The Woodpecker! is a feature of Going Postal - Terry Pratchett.
My goodness, do you get paid by the hour, comp time later, some compensation for all of those hours? Saying all that, it would be nice to get a steady paycheck no matter what the hours.
Thank you, my dears.
Zhoen, there is something quite wonderfully primeval and deep-dark-woodsy about a woodpecker at work.
Joe, I am at least paid by the hour, so February and March will be very good financially.
How's April coming along?
April is mostly good, so far. It'll be less exciting than I had hoped (see next post).
