Last day part two
Trying again, perhaps I'll sleep in my own bed tonight.
That is all. Too little energy, too much residual tiredness of the kind that you can't just brush away with one good sleep, for a meaningful post. Perhaps I'll do a summary as a trainblog this evening.

The comment that I wanted to post has already been posted. In any case, sleep well and have lovely dreams!
Travel is nice, and spending time in new places while getting paid for it is even better. But returning to your own place and your own bed is comforting.
It is amazing how exciting it can be to come home to your own bed. Even if the trip is fantastic, there's just something about that first night home that is spectacular.
It worked! Home an hour late but at least here. More tomorrow.
