Change in the air

Literally in the air: the night sky is full of clouds, there are flashes of heat lightning over the Killesberg and a smell of rain on the breeze. It was deliciously cool (after this fortnight of summery heat) on the balcony just now, the breeze and humidity and slight drop in temperature were quite pleasant.

G and U are in Bavaria again tomorrow; since I forgot to call B2 this morning to arrange an appointment, I will probably have the day off (meaning: work here on the database, plus some walking around if the weather holds).
