Not on television
Regular readers may remember that I bought a digital-TV receiver some six-and-a-half weeks ago (though I would strongly encourage regular readers not to burden their memories with such trivia).
I worked out this afternoon that I have watched exactly seven hours of TV since then (excluding films from the library on DVD and video, which obviously don't count).

At least you used it. So, how much an hour do you figure that cost you?
Well, the current cost per hour is 14.29 Euros, which is nearly twice the hourly cost of going to the cinema (8.33 excluding popcorn).
However this will obviously improve over time as I continue to watch an additional single hour per week.
All things in moderation.
